Built by imaging engineers, for imaging engineers

Pure-I Imaging was founded by a team of optical and embedded engineers who kept watching the same project pattern: an engineering team picks a camera module from one vendor, an SDK from another, and optics from a third — then spends six months making the three behave like one product. We founded the company to sell what was missing: coherent imaging systems, designed as systems, that ship lab-grade clarity in form factors ready for production.

What we make

Our catalog is deliberately narrow and deep:

  • Spectral camera modules across visible, near-infrared, short-wave infrared, and mid-wave infrared — used for everything from tissue differentiation to material sorting.
  • High-resolution, ruggedized cameras engineered for industrial duty cycles: vibration, thermal swing, and 24/7 operation handled at the design stage, not the warranty stage.
  • OEM integration support: mechanical drawings, driver support, and a single SDK covering all module families, so a product line can mix wavelengths without mixing toolchains.

How we support customers

Every module ships with the same development environment, documented test data, and direct access to the engineers who designed it. We help with the questions datasheets dodge — thermal behavior in your enclosure, lens pairing for your working distance, integration time for your conveyor speed. Our customers are R&D directors and imaging engineers at medical-device, life-science, and industrial firms whose products cannot afford a bad pixel.

Imaging is too costly to iterate blindly. Pure-I Imaging exists so that the camera in your product behaves like the one on your bench — from first prototype to thousandth unit.
